The opening act for Britney's 'Circus' UK/European Tour is...Ciara!!!!!

She confirms it on her latest SayNow message:

"I am going on tour with Britney Spears overseas! Woot woot! Ok, I just wanted to tell you all that. I will be touring with Britney Spears overseas in Europe. So, I'll be doing some dates with her! It's gonna be a lot of fun! And I'll make sure that I get some good footage for all my fans in the U.S. so you can see what's going on!"

I was really,really hoping for the PussyCat Dolls but Ciara is ok too...
